Ebersbach-Musbach Municipal Coat of Arms

Shield Argent a bend chequered of Gules and Argent, superimposed by a throughout cross patty Sable.
On 1 January 1967 the municipalities of Geigelbach and Musbach merged. They were united with Ebersbach on 1 September 1971. The black cross of the Teutonic Order and the chequered bar of the Cistercians are alluding to the most important former rulers. Ebersbach belonged to the order's commandery of Altshausen from 1269 until 1806. The Cistercian Nuns of Baindt Abbey owned large estates in Geigelbach and Musbach until the 19th century.
