After the Dominican Republic joined SICA in 2013, more photographs of the organization's flags started showing up online. Among them, the flag of COMISCA, a subordinate agency of SICA.
According to the COMISCA website, (translated by Google), COMISCA is the Council of Health Ministers (Consejo de Ministros de Salud de Centroamerica y República Dominicana) under SICA. With a headquarters and presidency that rotates among its members, COMISCA "aims to identify and prioritize regional health problems."

The Flag

There are several photographs online of the COMISCA flag; one of the best is this image. The flag features the COMISCA logo centered on a white field. The logo has the organization's acronym in dark blue capital letters. To the right of the acronym is a design consisting of six colored diamond shapes forming a rough arrowhead pointing to the right. The full name of the organization appears in smaller letters beneath the acronym.

COMISCA also had a previous logo, and flag. It was also a white flag but with a different type-faced abbreviation where letter I was fomed by a snake and rod of Aesculapius, symbol of medicine. The full name of the organization is written with green letters.
