Kara Chukiwanka’s article [qch9X] online version is illustrated with a photo (almost surely absent in the article’s original) showing joint usage of the Peruvian national flag and the Chinchay Suyu flag (red diagonal), but with white replaced by a second shade of blue (and possibly a darker shade of purple).
