Description of the flag

Grant County is located in central Washington state. Special thanks to Barbara Vasquez for flag description and image of seal.

Flag Inquiry Response:

Our flag is actually blue with the seal on it. No other words or pictures are on it. The water (dam) is the Grand Coulee Dam which irrigates most of the county. The farm land and cornucopia represents the farming and food produced locally. I believe "Terra de sol et aqua" means "Land of sun and water".
