The NAVA image at shows a ~8:15 flag divided white over dark red by a sigmoid line; at the upper hoist, on the white area, a (very very) dark blue brand mark. This consists of a ring containing a two misshapen rectangles and a disc, suggesting a flag flying (?).

The brand mark that shows on the flag is used by the city council as its logo, However, no pages were found containing "city flag" when searching the official website
( and, which seem to mirror each other).
