The flag is a horizontal tribar of blue-white-red in an antique tone. In the center is the city logo.

The logo is a diamond which also shows a hilly terrain with an old western town in the background. A river representing the North Raccoon River starts from the town and flows downstream to a gazebo. Overlaying the scene is the city name with stars in blue and white above the name. In the sky are three swopping red lines.
