Description of the flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Chaiya Phum province is black with the provincial seal in the middle of the flag. It should be noted that on vexilla-mundi.com, Mello Luchtenberg shows a flag horizontally divided maroon/orange/maroon (1:2:1) with the seal in the middle and the name on the province beneath.
