Flag of Bačka Topola

The flag and arms of Bačka Topola are prescribed in the Municipality's Statutes (text) as follows:

The coat of arms of the municipality is shield-shaped, in blue color. At the top there is a golden crown with five points decorated with pearls and jewels. In the center of the shield stands a yellow lion on a white plow, facing left in front view. The lion holds three grain spikes in the right paw.
The flag of the municipality is white, with the coat of arms of the municipality in the center. The flag shall be used with proportions 3: 1 (length to width).

The flags in actual use (photo, photo, photo, photo) are indeed in proportions 2:3.

Local Community of Panonija

The Local Community of Panonija is part of the Municipality of Backa Topola. It has a flag which is blue which fades into white towards the center, where the community logo is positioned: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=2226367157627455&set=pb.100007625766404.-2207520000..&type=3.  This flag has appeared on the photos since 2018.
