The Flag

The Oceania National Olympic Committees (ONOC) is an international organisation that includes the 17 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of Oceania.
Its flag is white with its logo, consisting of a blue stilized canoe, abbreviation and name of organization and Olympic rings. ONOC new logo was selected after a regional competition held in 2008. The logo symbolizes the sail of an ocean-going canoe, a symbol common to all Pacific Island communities.

Strange: The Olympic Charter, I believe, calls them "emblems", so I would have expected all Olympic organisations to call them so.
Does that mean there was a flag with an older emblem as well?
I couldn't find anything about the flag. You wouldn't have proof that such an ONOC flag exists as well, would you? I don't find it particularly difficult to find emblems, but it's apparently a bit tricky to confirm flags they may be on. Now, if there was a parade of committees every once in a while.

Source refers to the symbolism of the logo. Please see page 7, Logo section. This document definitely call it logo, but not emblem.
