Located in Ako City Hyogo Prefecture and established in 1997. The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark green background with a gold emblem in gold fringe. The university name appears along the hoist. The university flag has dark green background with a white emblem in the center. The large circle on the emblem represents the earth, and the small circle represents the image of the rising sun shining as a sparkling light illuminating the world. The two hands supporting this light symbolize the university's educational objective, "welfare mindedness" guided by love of humanity.
