Located in Chiba City Chiba Prefecture and established in 1966. The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark red background with a gold and silver emblem and vertically written in gold kanji university name in gold fringe. The university flag has white background with a red symbol mark and horizontally written in black with the university name in Chinese characters and sky blue horizontal stripe at the bottom. The university emblem is a combination of the Chinese character design of 敬愛大學 Keiai University" and wings. The large circle on the outside of the symbol mark represents the heavenly or innate nature in the founding spirit "Keiten Aijin,"= Honor the heavens and love others. and the oval within it expresses the personalities and energy of the students that emanate from such innate nature. The red (passion red) in one color represents dynamism, passion, positivity, and development. The round shape of the overall design, combined with the slogan "To the future, to you," expresses the great love and warmth of "Keiten Aijin".
