Flag

Located in Tama City Tokyo and established in 1988. The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark green background with a silver and gold flag design in gold fringe. The design is a symbol of "Keisen" with a spring and a young tree. The creator was Mr. Arata Hongo (1905-1980), then 23 years old who was in charge of the art department.
