Overview

It appears that Santa Cruz del Quiche has returned to using its earliest flag, a yellow-white-yellow vertical triband.

Santa Cruz del Quiché, the capital of Quiché Department, used the same coat of arms as the department.

The municipality of Santa Cruz del Quiché uses a flag with three vertical stripes pale yellow-white-pale yellow. In the white stripe is located the arms of the city, this stripe is a bit smaller than the yellow ones. The photo was taken on October 13th in the municipality. Here is also an obviously older version of the badge, besides the one already reported below. The badge in the flag is also slightly different. It seems that all can be used.
