The 1995 recapitulative edition of Album des Pavillons [pie90] shows a white flag with a rectangular French tricolour in canton and a blue emblem in lower fly, consisting of an anchor and two measuring tools crossed per saltire.
The flag was discarded from the next release of Album [pay00].
