While not officially an editor of any specific country or domain, we like to think of Peter Hans van den Muijzenberg as our "Editor-at-Large" and the "Mr. Fix-It" of FOTW. He is the quality controller of the FOTW website. He is the man who works behind the scenes (and sometimes not-so-behind the scenes) and checks links and HTML code to make sure everything works correctly. He's the wizard behind our "Oz." Peter Hans has raked his way through the entire website, trawling for sets of links, and compiling the index pages for royal flags, military and naval flags, and others.
Peter's interest in all things vexillological is legendary and all encompassing, but few know that while taking care of all his unofficial duties for FOTW, he somehow finds time to squeeze in his duties as a full-time of teacher of Mathematics and Computer Science. His love for mathematics is apparent in everything he does, including his interest in vexillology. Peter's concern for proper colors and ratios in flag design are well known, and his presentation on the use of a mathematical system to help determine what makes a good flag design or a bad flag design at the Washington Flag Conference came as no surprise to anybody who knew him.
When not involved in his teaching obligations and his vexillological pursuits, Peter keeps busy bicycling across Europe and parts of North America. We all hope he finds a nice hobby soon to fill in all of his remaining free time.
