Description

The arms were adopted on 13 June 1980 and show (blazon): Per bend Or a raven flying Sable with a chip of wood Gules in the beak and Azure a horse bridled rearing Argent. The flag probably was adopted at the same time; it has the colours black-white-blue and shall bear the arms. Sources: Wanka 1989 [wnk89] and Steinbichler and Lamprecht 1980 [sbL80].
