Description of flag:
The ratio is 3:5. It is a black over yellow over black horizontal triband with ratio 1:2:1. The coat of arms is in the centre of the flag.
Source: I spotted this flag on 18 December 2012 in the town hall of Bomlitz.

Bomlitz Coat of Arms

Description of coat of arms:
In a golden shield is a black mountain. In front of the mountain is a silver (=white) tomb built by seven stones. In the entrance of the tomb is a golden (= yellow) urn. The chief is divided by a blue w-shaped, wavy line.
The coat of arms was approved on 15 May 1972.
