Description of the flag

Two photos of the flag are available on the town's Facebook page
Actual flag 2016:https://www.facebook.com/TownofFaro/photos/725114687589866
Desk flag, 2014: https://www.facebook.com/TownofFaro/photos/476829049085099

I suspect the desk flag does not accurately show the dimensions of the flag, so I drew this as a standard Canadian 2:1 flag.
Masao Okazaki, 1 May 2021

The flag consists of a broad rising blue diagonal flanked by white. On the blue field is the town logo in white a canoeist in front of a miner in front of a skyline of buildings in front of mountain peaks, flanked by fireweed flowers. On the white field at the hoist is a black bighorn ram and on the white field at the fly is a flying crane.
