Description of the flag

Town Council of the Town of Florenceville-Bristol, New Brunswick on 14.06.2011:

"Council reviewed a Town Flag Design proposal made by Councillor Karl Curtis. Council agreed on the third design presented, which had a burgundy banner on the top, a lime green banner on the bottom and the Town logo in the centre. Councillor Karl Curtis moved to purchase one double-sided Town flag, seconded by Councillor Duska Curtis."

The drawing of the flag is based on the photo posted by Danforth Guy at the FOTW Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/flagsoftheworld/posts/6334175613263774/
However, I was told by the town clerk that this town no longer exists after being amalgamated into the district (or town) of Carleton North in January 2023. North Carleton has a logo but no flag.
