Blue-white vertical triband with arms centered on the middle panel.
António Martins-Tuválkin, 20 June 2008

From http://www.uvanet.br/simbolos/bandeira.php:

The flag is divided in three vertical rectangles in blue and white (3:4:3). The central rectangle, of white is wider and serves to bear the coat of arms. It should have as support lace and tassels of blue and silver and with a connecting rod and spear of gold. The arms are explained in detail at http://www.uvanet.br/simbolos/brasao.php (in Portuguese).
