Broad white cross on a green field, horizontal stripe containing a narrow red stripe in the arms, arms in the center.

The writing on the scroll under the shield "24-04 TARAUACA 1913" recalls that the municipality of Tarauaca, created by Decree on 23 October 1912, was inaugurated on 24 April 1913. The flag is hoisted, along with the flags of Acre and Brazil, over the town hall at http://www.tarauaca.ac.gov.br/portal1/municipio/galeria.asp?iIdMun=100112021&iIdGaleria=5388
