Full title: A ja O. Taskuteatmik. Vapid ja lipud. Eesti.

The book has apparently been inspired by the declaration of 2004 as the Year of the Estonian Flag by the President of Estonia, being the flag’s 120th anniversary. Flags and arms of counties and municipalities, including of course Tallinn and its districts, are illustrated in colour with indicatory maps and information on population, area, etc. There is a short postscript in English, French and German.
