The City of Casey is a Local Government Area in Victoria, Australia. It is located in the outer south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Casey is Victoria's most populous municipality, with a current estimated population of 230,555. It has an area of 410 square kilometres. The City is named after Lord Casey, the 16th Governor-General of Australia. It was formed in 1994 by the merger of most of the City of Berwick, a majority of the City Of Cranbourne, and a small part of the City Of Knox. Over the past five years, the City of Casey was Victoria's fastest growing municipality. It was also the third-fastest in Australia behind the Gold Coast and Brisbane City Councils over the same period.

The city flag can be seen on a photo at the Sea Shepherd site.
